Cancellation/adding product(s) Policy
To add product(s) to your order, please contact us within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. After 24 hours, adding a product will be considered a new order.
To cancel orders, please contact Juhub.com. Cancellations made within 24 hours from the time the order was placed will not be charged a processing fee. Cancellations made after the 24 hours period will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee and a $1.00 processing fee.
All items sold by Juhub.com have a set shipping charge based on courier company chosen & item(s) weight, 0-150 lbs, unless free shipping is stated for a particular item(s). Any order over 150 lbs is regarded as freight. The shipment will go as freight or in separate shipments. All items ordered from Juhub.com are shipped via Fed EX, Courier Plus, etc. Depending on the Courier company chosen, a tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail, allowing you to follow your package.
If for any reason there is an unexpected delay or if the item(s) ordered is unavailable, Juhub.com will notify you via email or telephone. Please note:
All orders placed after 3:00PM will be processed next day. Please allow 2-8 Business days for bulk/case order(s) to be processed plus transit time.
We strive to provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on every item you purchase from Juhub.com. Because of the nature of products e sell we do not accept returns unless the item(s) sent was wrong.
Please always fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt even if you do not plan on opening the box(es) right away. Juhub.com packages our item(s) to exceed requirements, especially fragile products. We use several inches of packing peanuts and bubbles to protect the merchandise.
In the case you receive damaged goods from Fed Ex, Courier Plus or Juhub.com, please RETAIN the damaged packaging and make a notification of the damaged goods with Fed Ex or Juhub.com and follow their instructions. No claim can be considered if the damaged packaging is not retained. If you do not contact us within 7 days of receipt of damaged item(s), we will not be able to refund you.
Juhub.com will not accept returns on any product(s) that has been opened.
Payment Terms Damage Merchandise
Juhub.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. One payment, in advance of the order, is required per invoice.
